We are a well established site developing company servicing Vancouver, the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley since 1976. We strive to take a load off your plate. We will stay in touch with the engineer and inspectors. We look after our own permits. Because you are dealing with an owner on the site you will get any concerns dealt with quickly. We arrange our own inspections with the municipality’s and the engineer’s inspectors. We will coordinate our work with and cooperate with other sub-trades.
